Use
Put this template above the text about a map. It will handle categorization and display the information nicely. Upload thumbnail at PAGENAMEsmall.png and main image at PAGENAME.png, they'll appear automatically.
Parameter use:

|width= width of map
|author= author of map
|date= date posted
|version= SMAX or SMAC
|host= original host of file
|download= direct download link (optional, defaults to pagename in the github repository)
|thread= discussion thread
|fanficlink= link to fanfiction
|fanficname= name of fanfiction (optional)
