Roads speed land unit movement. Land units moving along a road can move three times faster than normal.

Roads also increase mine production in rocky squares.
Requires Centauri Empathy to be constructed on fungus.
Terraform Variation: (Modifiers are Additive)
+1 Rolling, +2 Rocky, +1 River, +2 Fungus, +2 Forest.
