Treaty of Friendship

A state of peace and cooperation. Both factions are expected to keep military units out of the other’s territory (or at least remove them promptly when asked). The bases of two factions with a treaty conduct commerce with one another.

A Treaty of Friendship terminates only if one faction attacks another or refuses a valid demand for withdrawal.
