Kyrub's patch attempts to improve Alpha Centauri's AI and, in particular, the AI's terraforming performance. There are two versions of this patch:

  • Kyrub's SMACSid Meier's Alpha Centauri_444_experiment which is the most developed but only for SMAC.
  • Kyrub's SMAXSid Meier's Alien Crossfire (Cross = X) patch PLUS which is for SMAX, but only includes the AI terraforming improvements.

Both versions include and are cumulative with Scient's Patch (2010).

New versions of the patch are announced via the Chiron News Network and all versions are available in the patches download section.
