A state of “watchful peace”. It is an agreement by two factions not to attack one another for a limited period of time. After about 15–20 years, a Truce will expire and the two factions will continue as neutrals unless they again attack one another. While in effect, the factions may not honorably attack each other, but may move into each other’s territory (although this will increase tensions between them). Loan repayments are made on schedule.
