A full diplomatic alliance. Both sides share their world maps, can access the other’s report readouts on the ‘HQ menu’, and may move freely through one another’s territory (zones of control do not apply between pact partners).
Units from one faction may even visit the other’s bases for repairs and leave units in the same square.
They receive double commerce between their bases, and are often willing to share technological research. If one pact partner declares vendetta against a third faction, the other pact partner is expected to do the same.
If a pact is terminated, all units in the other factions territory are immediately relocated back to their own faction’s territory.
A pact can be terminated at any time (the right-click menu on the ‘Commlink’),
