Yitzi's version 2.5j

The situation:
A base gains a citizen through normal growth. The citizen is a drone. Governor is on, dealing with drones and riots by making specialists. On the turn the drone appears, the program reacts as though there is a lack of minerals, when there isn't, and disbands a former (always a former). I enter the base control screen and deal with the drone myself by making a doctor. There are clearly enough minerals. Sometimes the governor makes ALL the citizens doctors, thereby causing the mineral shortage.

POPUP1SMAX shows the disbanding notification, POPUP1OLLY shows the instance in the debugger.

POPUP2SMAX shows the base control with the offending drone and the minerals reporting enough to support the former. POPUP1OLLY shows the instance in the debugger.

Two possibilities exist: Either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying. ― Arthur C. Clarke

Do you have a savegame that can replicate it?

Also, have you tested if this happens using Kyrub's or Scient's patch?

The substructure of the universe regresses infinitely towards smaller and smaller components. Behind atoms we find electrons, and behind electrons quarks. Each layer unraveled reveals new secrets, but also new mysteries.
