I was thinking about doing an AAR where the Peacekeepers secure the Governorship, then negotiate the repeal of the Atrocity Prohibitions, so they can gas everybody.  I'm curious whether Planet will respond negatively if the Prohibitions have been repealed.

Then I thought, Lal isn't the best possible persona for this.  [Sleezebag] is a much better fit!  I'm imagining him running the Peacekeepers, with the name and the dialogue changed to protect the guilty.  Everyone has got their opening audio quote.  [Sleezebag]'s could be him talking in front of the UN, how he's the greatest, bestest, most productive President ever.  People start laughing and he says, "That's not the reaction I was expecting, but that's ok."
