Healthy Lifestyle, a broad topic. Many things, that, as it would seem have nothing in common, in fact are connected. This has been my interest for some years now. Recently I found this on YT. What do you think about it?

I also looked at other uploaded movies by Roger Haeske. Those "superman push-ups" are really not that easy, and he does them like with little effort.

Haven't seen a crazy Hawaiian runnin' around while on B'island. He *does* look a couple years younger then me in the face though, and I'm only a few years older.
Besides the food, the other main tips are moderately incorporated in my lifestyle.

From other videos of his, I think he lives somewhere on the east coast USA. And that was his trip to Hawaii.
He mentions about body releasing up to 500% growth hormone when sprinting. Interesting, and here is something else:

And here is another interview with Dr. Jeff Life.
In here, he says, that hormone treatment is only a small part of his doctrine. It is exercise. And opposite to what others says, its rather more exercise.
So it is not that easy to find a proper solution. Like it depends on a particular person? We all have somewhat different body chemistry? psychic? way of thinking?
