Title: I have discovered another bug

This one exists not only in my patch but also Kyrub's (i.e. it's not my fault); if someone could check with Scient's and/or the original that would be nice too:
If a former is working on something but you end the turn before it's said former's turn, then its terraforming does not progress.

That makes sense. There is a warning popup that says something like: "Some units have not yet moved. End turn anyway?" So if the sequence hasn't come around to that former, it won't "get credit" for the turn, and won't "move" by doing its terraforming that turn. Units with actual Move orders wouldn't move, either.

Pretty certain this has always been there. Main reason using end turn early is a bad idea.

Yea it's also a bad idea because needlejets will crash if their turn hasn't come around.

Even with the "return to nearest base" option enabled?

Yep even with "Air units return home" enabled, needlejets will crash and copters will take their damages.  As gwillybj mentioned though, it does give a warning before you try and end your turn without commanding all units (including air).
