Page load hang-ups?

I got this response on the home page when trying to click through on any of the "Last Articles" links. Not a major prob, maybe just a broken link or two.

http://alphacentauri2.info/ won't load for me, it just gives Connecting... and a blank page but I can get in via more specific pages  ;roze;

the frontpage is in maintenance mode. i need to figure out what's going on first.
http://alphacentauri2.info/ will load the forum now. also, the old '...community' link redirects to the forums.
