I notice a bunch of my avatars are installed, and I like the one I chose, but why can I not find an option to upload my own?
I see that though I gave Sisko permission to upload anything of mine a long time ago, nothing other than the avatars has been. Shall I rectify that? Any specific requests?
Any other requests?

Also, there's a LOT more SMAC(X) avatars where that came from, should I have access to upload them...

Okay, I assumed 20x20 was called for, and did these two drafts (they're a little squashed-looking, so I'll be back in a few minutes with versions in the same size cropped at the wrists):
