Yitzi's unofficial SMAX patch 3.1b

Fixed a couple more bugs associated with base capture+free facilities.

In the included readme, I think...

Note that all other files (except for terranx.exe) from the 3.1 patch are needed for 3.1b as well.

If you only install 3.1, the game will still work; it simply has some bugs (which would be present even in the unpatched version if they weren't hidden by bigger bugs) when conquering a base from  or  , or when using certain modded factions.

Yitzi, there was a question on Facebook if your patch will work on XP service pack 3....

If SMAX works on service pack 3 without needing a different executable, my patch should as well.

Hey, I don't know if I've stuffed something up, but the game seems to crash whenever I try to attack wild lifeforms. This is a bit of an issue, given they tend to pop up a fair bit.

Edit: To specify: The issue seems to be ones out of pods.

Edit 2: Okay, that's weird. I can attack Towers, but not anything else. Wild or Pods.

Edit 3: And now it's unplayable. Seems to be crashing at the end of the turn (press Space). Sooo, yeah. Cannae complete. Save at http://tinyurl.com/ozrl9kj
