Is anyone else getting a lot of bad page loads here today, or is it my machine?  I noticed same on another forum earlier, but not on a third, and have been busy here and not had time to look around much yet today.

It's been a long time since AC2 didn't load fast for me. Another forum (for a different game) wouldn't load at all yesterday, but comes right up today. Hiccups on the www?

I probably need to hardwire my ethernet connection - the cable's laying on the floor nearby waiting, and the new wireless I put in to replace what the &^%$#@! cable guy cut while I was in Texas has a weak signal, being on another floor of the house at the far end from my office.

I want to HURT that cable guy - cut out and threw away tears of my work so they could charge for their own wiring job.  All freakin' coax a kid could do competently, and didn't replace my Ethernet cable, either, after he sabotaged.  I want the cables he cut back - if I come to need to wire something else, I can't replace what's missing for free - that was vandalism and theft.  ;grrr

In my case, it was definitely on my end - my machine going through one of those mysterious phases that complex OSes that update a lot do, I think.  Some days I was getting it constantly everywhere I went.  Seems to have passed.

I should still finish that wiring job...

I occasionally have page load issues but that is due to Virgin Mobile. Sir Richard Branson has been skimpy with the cellular lately. His space ship to nowhere is behind schedule. Also occasional socket closed errors due what I believe  may bet VM attempting to block tethering on other sites. But forums do not get this error.

Other connections, no issues.

We are experiencing some server troubles. It's host related, so let's hope they will fix it soon.

I kept being crappy for almost another hour, got really bad for a few minutes, and now is acting like normal.  Fingers crossed.
