Title: Techonology bonuses to Probe Team Morale

I am planning to remove a few of the bonuses to probe team morale that come from techonologies. Which of the below techonologies do you think make the least flavorful sense to have probe team morale bonuses? The current list of techonologies that give a probe team morale bonus are: Pre-Sentient Algorithms, Self-Aware Machines, Digital Sentience, and Polymorphic Software.

Least sense are probably self-aware machines, digital sentience, and as a distant third mind/machine interface (which also gives a bonus, but you forgot to mention).
