Title: Can the alphax.txt determine the minimum spacing between bases?

AFAIK this can't be done yet....I was wondering though if there's any modded .exe that will allow the player to determine in the alphax.txt the minimum spacing between bases....currently it is one, I'd love if it could be at least 2....

It cannot be done yet; it is not on the "short list" of changes (as any minimum is less likely to produce a good playstyle than a more cost/benefit-based approach to controlling ICS), but once I finish that list I plan to start taking requests, and it's certainly a valid request for then.
