Title: Bug with multiplayer game (probably noob questions)

Hello everybody!

Recently I tried to start a multiplayer game with a friend (first time we try a multiplayer game :-[ )
It's a hotseat/through email game

And we got the following problem: sometimes, but not everytime, when one of us load the game and start his turn, he can see all the map, and unit everywhere all the map :( in other words the fog of war seems to no longer function, suddenly.

I verified in the "rules of the game" and the fog of war was activated.

I don't know if we did a certain action which caused the bug, but it arrived at least twice (we restarted the first game).

I don't know also if we have to use a patch, of a certain version of the bug to avoid this.
(I checked the patch I could found on the web, but I saw nothing about this).

Note: I don't know if it matters, but we did not used any specific balanced map, just a game random map, each of us playing only 1 faction, other factions are AI factions.

It does not match any bug I am aware of, but if you attach the savegame, and a copy of the alphax.txt (or alpha.txt if playing SMAC non-expansion) file each of you was using, I may be able to figure out what's going on.
