Title: Domain renewal

We had a little technical problem overnight with the domain expiring.  I managed to take care of it, which was not a fun way to spend my first hour of the day.  -No worries for another year, and I'm determined to never let it happen again.

When I saw the banner about the domain expiring, I was this close from paying for the site myself. Phew! :relief:

OOOH.  Yeah, better not cheese off the Belgian government.  We know how tough those guys are, and we know you can't afford to travel or anything.  :P

I'm afraid that's the future (and the present (http://www.cracked.com/blog/the-10-most-insulting-things-video-games-charged-money-for/)) of gaming, Geo. We used to think the worst-case scenario is SMAC 2 never coming up. However, it's likely that the sequel will get released some day, but you'll get to play only Cha Dawn unless you pay for one faction set (only 10 bucks! or 16 for both!). Interceptors will use gas which costs actual money, but fortunately you'll be able to purchase a lot of in-game currency from the PRC nationals who hunt mind worms for a living.

Ah, can't wait.

Am I the only one on the forum seeing some words being turned into hotlinks, and with a small green recycle icon next to them? Those show small adds when highlighted, and the hotlinks have a "BetterSurf" pathway in them.
When quoting those posts, there's no sign of hidden url's.

I presume it's something in your browser, as you do seem to be the only one.
