Title: Queue insert exploit

As part of the base structure, there are 9 queue slots with 8 showing up and the 9th invisible.  However, if you keep inserting past this you can corrupt the base structure such as base facilities.

There are other parts of base structure I haven't identified yet that you'll mess around with so other things could happen.

Now, the really interesting bit.  If you keep inserting, you'll run into the next base in structure list.  This will almost always be one of other factions HQ's.  In this case, Gaia's Landing.  If you insert like 48 times past limit you'll hit the base structure coordinates and effectively "relocate" this base.

As soon as it builds something, you'll see it "show up" on the map.

As you can see, this is really crazy exploit in the same vein as the patrol bug giving elite status.  I'll be fixing it so you can't go past the fixed amount of allocated base queue values in structure.
