Title: New University base names

I'm building a scenario and i need some names for a second University faction. Can you help me with your suggestions?

Here are some names previously suggested for Uni:
Land bases:
Haydron Collider
Climatic Research Center
Biome Project X
Mendel Institute

Water bases
The Maritime Institute,
Atlantis Foundation,
Strands of Life

Take a surname (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Russian_scientists) from one of the “hard” sciences, then tack something like ‘Academy’, ‘Campus’, or ‘Institute’ onto the end of it. Variety could be accomplished by using whatever they discovered or invented as part of the name, or as an alternative to using the surname.
