He lost his battle with Cancer today.  He was 80

Ordinarily, I find worship of undistinguished celebrities for dropping dead annoying - but my man Al died with him some class.

I mean, he acted like maybe a famous dude could say some positive things about living with his condition however long he could, and maybe do some people out there a little good.  ;b;
