Title: What's the current state of the Children's Creche in 3.5b?

Apparently, 3.6 includes plans to "fix the morale bugs once and for all", but I thought I read that they were already fixed...

Is the current situation just like vanilla, or is it somewhat different?

I believe there were partial fixes that also introduced other bugs, but I may be mistaken on that point.
