Title: Custom Factions on GOG Mac?

So I have been a long time AC user and recently downloaded the GOG version for my Macbook. However I seem to have a problem running Facedit without it crashing every couple of seconds so I just text edited the files I needed. And I can't seem to get the faction in game.  :-\

Has anyone been able to transfer in a faction into the Mac GOG version? Otherwise I can post my text file to see if there is something wrong with that but I've checked it a couple times.

I know nothing about Mac stuff - but Facedit is of teh devil.  Do not use.

Don't know how to do this but the Smaniac or Binary Dawn mods successfully add seven factions to the game - even on mac.

Before you switched to Linux, did you figure out how to take a screenshot on GOC mac?

The mac shortcuts worked fine for me.

I switched to Linux and used the same exact text file that failed on the mac version and it works fine. I will be posting the faction later, BE KIND IT'S MY FIRST  :P
