Title: Random Games with both Accelerated Start and Flexible Starting Position Rules On
Post by: Dio on April 02, 2016, 06:23:22 pm: How many people have played with this combination of rules? I have never played with the combination, but I found that certain Faction Bonuses Influence the appearance of features in the random games. What experience, if any, do you have with this combination of rules?
