Title: AI Survey Question(s) about Elevation Recognition

This question remains directed primarily towards the people with extensive experience of the AI movement behavior. I need to ensure that the respondents first recognize the fact that the AI does consider the bonus and penalty during the computations to determine its decision on which units it attacks. I know that the AI occasionally employs units with amphibious pods on transport vessels. These statements lead into the questions of how well you think it handles this value.
How do you think the AI handle the uphill and downhill combat modifiers (default is zero)? What do you think about the influence it has on the power of amphibious pod attacks from ships onto land bases?
