On our way south from MD, the wife and I ran into a gas station quick-mart named "The Hobo's Pantry." Visions of dead pigeons and roadkill strung up from the ceiling danced through our heads.
WHY WOULD YOU PICK THAT NAME?!

...Perhaps Uno can tell us whether repulsion is possible w/ incidental electromagnetic induction, even if there was a metal hook-mount in the back of the frame. Maybe because the nail tip was an inch or two closer to the hypothetic line? Different metal of different conductivity w/ static electricity also a possible factor? I can't wrap my head around whether a galvanic effect could do it, though I suspect that would only cause corrosion...
Vibration in the picture glass if it was glass - the wire might shake it enough. But not likely w/o enough metal nearby to antenna and focus the radio waves. I had thought a metal garage door covered within, instead of replaced with, wall might really be the smoking gun...
As for the four feet from the wall part- Seems pretty unlikely.
Usually pictures drop and flop when they fall.
And more would have fled from a megaphone in a box that spoke by itself. You deserve a salute for remaining rational enough to solve the mystery.A :salute: smiley.
Red Skelton had a show on back in the 50's and 60s, and would often feature his Hobo Clown character, even.
...Easter question to Catholic informed people. ...Tough question, but in my experience, it varies widely. Each world region has its own "subculture" of Catholic culture. E.g. Philippines are so much different than anywhere in Europe. I noticed US Catholic church is different and more closer to Protestant than in Europe.
Building didn't burn down, and the holy water didn't even singe a bit. Either it wasn't blessed right or I got work to do...
HEY WAIT!
It finally dawned upon me that if drones can be used to deliver packages, drones can be inconspicuous porch pirates just as easily.

There's no requirement to sign off for deliveries? Because I can't see how drone deliveries would handle that.
There's a lot of deliveries and delivery services these days. Most of them don't require signatures. A lot of family members send their stuff to our house, because we're usually home during the day.
I would imagine that any Police Drones would be stock shielded (if not, would be soon after someone knocks a bunch out of the sky).

Did you ever receive a package by drone?
Over here, afaik, law doesn't permit it.

What do you suggest they do?
LITERALLY the first thing they did after midterms was pass HR:1, a bill to prevent foreign interference and provide campaign finance reform. It's one of the many (nearing 600 bills if not moreby now) sitting in the senate graveyard. McConnell is literally not letting these bills come to a vote. Over 400 of the bills even have Republican co-sponsors and support, but McConnell is blocking, and you'd need Senate Republicans to help to remove him.
Huh. What time was it? What was the orientation and size of the second crescent?
Went away as the sky brightened/moon moved away from horizon.
