It was all too easy to make fun of those hysterical paranoid doomsday-criers because they were all so illogical... turns out they were just hazy on the 'how' and 'why' parts.

Huddled in a shelter with my children, shaking with fear, not knowing if one of the explosions would finally find us, or if they would tire of using conventional munitions and just annihilate what was left of the city, but right now, even that tender moment makes me nostalgic.
