This is a collection of websites devoted to documenting performances directed by Dr. Kelly S. Taylor at the University of North Texas in the Department of Communication Studies from the years 1996-2009. These shows were all Readers Theatre style performances that adapted short stories, novels, and poems as well as attempting radical re-interpretations of traditional theatrical scripts. Dr. Taylor experimented extensively with collaborative directing techniques during this time and frequently integrated masks, character bifurcation, and other de-familiarizing staging techniques when designing her productions.
