YYYH, I was inside the Sidgames website trying to get into the forum to heckle CTPers when at the bottom of the screen I see Richard JUnack.
How can this be I thought? Richard Junack a CTPer? You have a lot of explaining to do.

Well, Jimbo, Rich (aka YYYH) runs the SMAC part of sidgames.com (with Will aka Apocalypse), but his name appears on every page. So that doesn't mark him as a CTPer. We are SMACers, but we might have some interest in CTP, after all we can edit the goofy stuff out.

Sorry about questioning your loyalty YYYH or should I say Richard of Conneticutt who has a girlfriend who went on a vacation with him a couple months back.

I saw a preview of CTP at DragonCon back in september. It's Ok, but if you edit out the weird and wacky you pretty much have Civ2 with better graphics and a few more scenarios. (Hint: Get Civ2 Fantastic Worlds.)
