I think that in addition to the 7 different human factions, a alien faction should have been included in the games trying to stop the humans from taking over there planet.....
what do ya think???????

Actually, the thread "Playing as Planet" deals with this issue. But most SMACers advised against it.

Plus, in case you are not aware, the Planet is sentient, and in some form controls (?) the Mind Worms and Xenofungus, so they bother those most that harm the Planet. The Gaians can even tame the Mind Worms pretty easily (compared to other factions) from what we hear.
