Speed traps and the tickets they write suck!!!!!! No acident has ever been caused by speed, just falure to control speed. When over half of the people on a road get a cop tailing them(and the other half deserve it) then the speed limit is too low!
Yes I was speeding, no I was not driving dangerously.

Actually, if speeding becomes a systemic and overwhelming flaw on a particular road, you can petition to have the speed limit raised. If 50% are speeding, then the limit should definitely be raised. With the proper statistics behind you, you would have a very good chance of getting them to raise the speed limit.
But don't worry, Stee_Dragon. If the petition doesn't work out, there are always third world nations. I understand that some of them don't have any speed limits or traffic lights at all.

During rush hour the speed on that road is 30 to 50, which has nothing to do with the legal limit. The speed limit is 50
However at midday I was going 80 and not passing very many people. Saw brake lights slowed down to 72 and got clocked as I came over a little hill. With the ten or so cops I saw the only reason I got pulled over was becuase I was in the top 50%.
