None of the Beta testers are allowed to speak anywhere yet from what we hear.
My personal two favourites for Generic SMAC news are:
www.beyondac.com
www.juju.de/hartel/alpha
These two will contain links to heaps of other sites, like the PK pages (which are cool too) and others...
