Seriously though, sometimes it just gets out of hand. Nothingness just to increase post counts, causing threads to be thrown into the nexus. It Caused the old forums to go down. It's destroying these forums as well.

One lines don't really bother me at, as long as they actually say something other than: "Another post for me !!!" or "Hey ... and here's another useless post!!!"
You are right about the integrity of the forum crumbling a bit in the last few days, but I only see the same few people responsible, so it isn't an epidemic !!!
Who cares if they post alot, just don't do it so much that the Nexii mess up the forum again !!!

That was the joke DJ.
There used to be clubs like the C club the CC club the CD club where you had to have a certain number of posts to be able to post in them. (Not a real limitation but one applied by the Forum members)
The club names were from Roman numerals for the minimum number of posts you needed to post in it. Hence the I club for anyone with any number of posts to post in.

Oh .. lol .. well, when I started the New Centurian Centauri Club, I stated it was open to any one who had already achieved 100 posts, or to anyone who would eventually want to achieve 100 posts !!!
I think I had left that fairly open to everyone !!!

The 0 club: For people who have 0 post. Problem, you cannot post to brag about it. It is pathetic.
The infinity club: For people who have infinity posts. YYYH, don't abandonyet!!!
The r club: For people who achieve the surprising amount of exactly
3.141592654 posts. You must then make onnly posts by the count of one, so your amount will be 4.141592653, 5.141592654, etc...

I kinda liked it, it could have been alot better, but it was still better than I expected !!!
Seems to me, their society wouldn't be all that different from that on the new planet in SMAC at the beginning !!! Small clans (factions) spread out throughout the continent !!!

Anyways, I said it before, and I'll say it again, I really don't care if a post is 1 character long, as long as it is in context, or funny or useful or something !!!

So please, post whatever you want, I truly enjoy hearing everyones perspectives on everything, the forum is here for that purpose alone, it would be silly to stop using it, but let's stop the useless posts !!!
