The only way that we will mertge with any other faction is if they put the betterment of humanity above everything else. this is morally,spiritually,economically,everything. We also would like if they tried to keep the environment high on the list. that is merge, but we will make peace with anyoine who wants it. the 8,9,10,11,factions are all in peaceful alliances and will remoan that way until someone is provoked.

with the current state of peace, i believe that we should suggest several trade negotiations and a pact of non-agression. i would also like to support a movement supporting technology exchange.
