If anyone really needs to review something in one of the old forums they can be accessed by going to http://alpha.owo.com/ubb/Forum6/HTML/000000.html

what is the deal with the multiples of three?
is there some sort of symbolism?
a conspiracy?
Another question, why dont they make the beta furum public so that non-beta players can read but not post. That way SMACer's can get a better idea of the gameplay without firaxis having to spend all there time releasing info. I can understand that earlier in the design phase firaxis proberly wanted the features secret to stop the competition copying them but by now with the demo almost out there is not much to hide.
Does anyone agree with me?
*im assuming that there is a beta forum

I doubt very much there's a beta forum. They were looking for a very limited number of testers, 25 if I remember correctly, so as to keep the testing managable by email.

This is cool, Im just going through the threads one by one, I found a post from early June, by Mike Ely, asking people to stay on-the-topic, bet he didn;t expect this!
Right now I;m searching for my first post. It may not mean much fo all of you, but to me its pretty important. I want to find out the exact day that I joined.

Damn it!, the earlyest i found was 29th of the Augest. I know I was here earlier! I started a thread in Startegy & Tactics, when I first came, but I didn;t find it, not even in the first 85 threads.
Oh well, here ends my quest for the past

Sure. You can view the Site listing, but not STrat&Tac's. Though you need to set your search back to like a hundred days. And people who changed their names in their new forums lost their old profiles.
