What would each faction leader titulate him/herself as? What would be some titles of their followers?
I mean, In the spartan faction, it would be military titles like General, Colonel, etc. In the morgan conglomerate, you'd have your CEO, your Board of Directors, etc. But what about the gaians? the believers? the UoP?

Eventually, the 8th Faction will not have any leader ... humanity should never be governed by one man (or woman), it should be governed by itself !!! My official title is "Temporary Leader of the Canadian 8th Faction for Humanity" !!!
My "underlings" as you call them (companions as I call them) are advisors to the people !!! They are responsible for presenting all pertanent dicision making info to the populace !!!
BTW .. What the ____ does your name mean ???

As far as I know, anything that has been published atomatically gets copyrighted...
Remember the following:
(1) Most Games companies (like it or not, most likely not) are owned by americans.
(2) Americans are nuts and like to sue each other.
(3) If you can be sued for having too hot coffee, You definately can for breach of copyright... Only in America!
Now. Back to the topic. What would be the name of the leader of the Gaians????

How can you prove they were published !!!
I recommend to you, that you print out your ideas, put them in an envelope, and send them to yourself !!!
Never open them .. the postmark date will help you proove your case if you ever needed to !!!

The "archon" is the title held by the curent commander of the Spartan Federation. The "archon" in turn is chosen by the "ephors". Of the "ephors" there are five in number. They themselves are chosen by the "assembly". The members of the "assembly" are chosen by the constituents of the "theme" that they represent.
The "archon" is elected for a period of seven years. The position can be held continuosly as long as the "archon" is selected again by the "ephors". The "ephors" serve for a period of ten years. They in turn can be re-elected by the members of the "assembly" or voted out. Those who serve on the "assembly" hold their positions for five years and can in turn be re-elected or ousted out of office by the Spartiates (that is how the citizens of the Spartan Federation refer to themselves, whereas the other factions simply call them Spartans.)

LOL...the squirrels that live within my condo-complex would survive. They are a hardy breed. Those critters have survived hurricanes, thunderstorms, and feral cats.
Anyone or any critter can be a Spartan. All it takes is heart, mind, and determination. I highly recommend the squirrels from my complex!
