this faction is for those independent leaders who do not wish to associate with the bigger factions. in time, we may be able to coexist with the other larger factions, but as for now, this will remain an INDEPENDENT, FREE movement for the creation of a better world.

Does it have a government system? Name? Specific leader? Anything?

the non-aligned faction is more of a confederacy/alliance, man. the faction itself is modeled after the world's Non-Aligned Movement, so it's like a UN that actually helps the little guy as much as the UN does. This faction is simply so that the groups and colonies who don't wish to be assimilated into the larger factions can have a safety net instead of fending for themselves.

Um. . .explain how your ideology is so opposed to the peacekeepers (or any other faction for that matter) that it necessitates making a totally separate faction?

well, we're going to be more isolationist and focused on maximizing our own achievements. we won't bother with trying to keep the peace.
if anybody should attack us, we would respond, but we will not be the aggressors nor give support to anybody else's fight. we don't recognize the UN as the legitimate government, we are more a loose coalition of states.

Hm, if we drop the aligned part we end up with the non-faction, which is sort of cool. Anyway, REAL factions don't bother with boring unsubtle things like government systems, names, specific leaders and such.

dca, why must you insult this institution? give it a chance. it could work...but if you want a government, set up your own city state and join this confederacy. we'll have a loose government with a Confederate Assembly with 2 members from each nation, a Tetrarchy with four people who run this Assembly, and an Archon, who will lead in a position similar to a Prime Minister. This Archon will have a cabinet, and we'll make those departments up as we need them:

Hey, I didn't insult your faction (or intend to anyway)! I LIKE it, but I would like it even better as the non-faction... Anyway, the 'real factions' part was just a silly reference to the Illuminati and stuff like that (which of course don't have things like government systems, names & leaders - anything to be identified by is a weakness..).
In any case, you shouldn't take things I say seriously.
