Ah, my new avatar's first new topic. But anyway. In Gamespot's SMAC preview (http://www.gamespot.com/features/alphacentauri/index.html) they gave the release date for SMAC as Spring '99. And we all know it is given as January '99 at http://www.alphacentauri.com/mainframe.htm. What's up with this? It better not be delayed again. Please, Firaxis, reply. Which date is correct?

Maybe Gamespot was just being conservative at guessing the release date. I mean, God knows how often gaming companies delay release dates, so maybe Gamespot didn't wanna be jumped on when they say January, & it comes out in April.
