Just noticed this on Gamespot:
"COMING SOON!

Hmm, wonder how far that is away... =)

Well as I recall in the December PC Gamer article, the author was playing a working multiplayer build of SMAC. It's about time someone other than cdmag.com pay attention to this game!

Anyway, the article I was referring to is at www.gamespot.com. As for the PCGamer article, you _may_ find part of it at www.pcgamer.com.
