Just starting this thread to continue the Noooooo*10 thread !!!
But anyways, Firaxis .. Who thought of the Dec 20th date ??? You're going to ruin many family dinners !!!

They proabably thought "Lets release the demo at the X-Mas frenzy and then the intrest in it will be enough to tide people till Jan20"

Yeah .. you're right .. but I would have thought maybe a full two weeks before x-mas would be more appropriate !!!

What will your priorities be during the holiday season ???
Will you be with your family, or will you ditch us in favour of your genetic family ???

You could also set up a LAN and play mltiplay SMAC with all your family, probably resulting in some hilarious scenes. Imagine ganging up on your granny?

My gramma barely understands the concept of a TV, so I hardely think I coul;d play her on LAN. Plus, I have playing 'King of the Mountain' every Christmas at my uncles house. Ahhh, charging up hills & tackling people is fun, doing it in 30 degree weather is even better!!

I'm still fearfull of the day my mom actually gets on the internet !!!
I'm going to see my dad and step-mother this week-end for one of my little sisters' birthdays, and they're getting me to hook up their internet connection !!!
I'm affraid ... very afraid !!!

I think they're the type who want the internet just to tell their freinds that they have the internet ... I doubt they'll use it more than 2 hours a month !!!
