Any guesses as to what a "Pact of Brotherhood or Sisterhood" is? A step farther than ally?

I read somewhere that a pact of Brotherhodd/Sisterhood let's you share ressources with the faction you have the pact with. This would allow smaller factions to stay afloat against a superpower because alone the faction would not the ressources to compete with the superpower but combining ressources of two or three factions would produce enough to compete.

I hope the pacts are really well worked out so you can integrate all the important aspects including stacking Brother/Sister units.

Yes, I could try to find the lyrics, but they wouldn't be appropriate for this borad.
The song's lyrics were banned in Germany for a while. The band would just play the music, and the fans sing the lyrics word by word. Hilarious!
