I never know how to send the game to the other player.

When you are playing a PBEM game, and you finish your turn, you will be asked for a password (for the turn of the next player) which you don't have, but you can also choose: save the game! So you save it, preferably ZIP it and than you just send it as an attachment to the player that plays the faction which comes after your faction.
