Hi, I realized that you can contine a "live" multiplayer game in PBEM mode, but could you continue the game in "live" mode? Thanks.

If you mean, "Can you continue a live MP game that was previously saved?" The answer is "yes." Just choose Load Game from the Type of Game option on the right hand side of the host screen.
If that's not what you mean, then you'll have to restate the question.
