Start a multiplayer Play by E-Mail/Hotseat game. Decide on the human players. Start the game and complete your turn, assuming your faction goes first. Once you have completed your turn you get a window with the option to Save and Exit or Continue. Simply select ssave and exit, save the game to disk. Once this is done simply mail the save game file to the next player.
