Is it possible to change between PBEM/Hotseat and LAN/Internet Play? If so, how do you do it and how do you ensure the passwords (PBEM) don't get lost? Thanks for all answers Drax |

Although I have not personally done this yet, I believe there are a couple threads that discuss this somewhere on the forums. The simple answer is *YES* it can be done. But switching from one to the other or back again should only be done at the end of a turn. That is, after the last human player finishes their turn in a PBEM/Hotseat game, or after all the upkeep is done on a LAN/IP game (and before anyone moves for the next turn). If you adhere to this, I am told, it ought to work. Someday I'll try this for myself to be SURE! |

Just tried it in a test game.. it worked fine... But I don't know if you should start as Hotseat/PBEM so you can set the password instead of a LAN game, but once set up the switch to and fro those modes work.. Thanks Drax |
