Is it possible to save a game in multiplayer and continue it at some other time??? Please anyone help!!!

Yes, but your fellow PBEM games will get to know about it... Not recommended !

Wormboy - Certainly you can save a multiplayer game. ( I assume you are not talking about PBEM ) Saving is done exactly as in Single Play, with the 'game' selection of the pop-up menu. Loading the saved game is a little tricky. Begin as though you are starting a new MP game.( as host ) When the opening screen comes up, click on the arrow on the line that says 'type of game'. A menu will appear, one of the choices is 'load saved game'. Select that, a list of games appears. Select as desired.

There was a typo, games should have been gamers, and I thought he was talking about PBEM.
