The PK is pleased to observe that it has completed its first round of ingenious manouvers and is ready to assume its natural and obvious role as the benevolent leadet of planet.
Due to a seroius backlog of administrative duties there will no time to accept surrenders until the year 2184 so please be patient.

It is my happy duty to announce the achievements of the First Synod of The Church of Chiron (CC, or Church for short) 1) Canonical law has been established. I will not elaborate upon that at this time, you shall be instructed in those laws while attending worship services. 2) Of great political significance was the election of myself, Mongoose, as Primate of Planet. It is an honor to serve in this capacity.
Titular protocol for this post has been determined to be Excellency; acceptable modifiers for this title are his and your. The title Holiness is NOT to be used.

Due to the "Feast of the Fungus" the control over Gaian troops was handled by the platooncommandants. The Green Council trusts all will be fine upon their return next Moon-Day....
