Hello! I was just wondering how two humans exchange bases in multi-player (hot seat to be exact, but I doubt that matters). With the computer, it's a simple proposition, but I can find neither a communication option or right click option with which to do it between humans.
Anyone know?

As far as I know, it can't be done diplomatically, a shortcoming of the MP game, if true.

The game does not allow you to do it.
Workaround: empty base of all defenders, let other capture it and reestablish pact/treaty afterwards. Very clunky but it works (note that your integrity will be damage if you're the one declaring the vendetta by first attacking, and base improvements may be destroyed).

Thanks for the help! It's a pity that the option is not enabled. Oh well...the people at Fraxis are very competent...maybe the next patch will address it. If not, well, how often do humans do it anyways? (altough it is fun to bully the AI in such fashion)
