I've run across an annoying bug while playing PBEM SMAC--if I leave my ISP connection open while taking my turn and inactivity causes it to time out, when the Reconnect prompt comes up, my machine freezes and I must reboot. The PBEM save is then marked aas having been played twice. I suggest hanging up any open modem connection before taking a PBEM turn.

I have not had that problem yet, but thanks for the warning. (BTW, let me know when your available to finish the MP game, if you want) You can email me.
