As the leader of the Gaians, and member of the Planetary Counsel, I hearby summon the counsel.
I believe it would be usefull to select an Planetary Governor. He/she could be usefull whenever any problems arise between two or more Factions, and he/she could be the Cairman/woman in futur Counsel meetings.
I hope you all agree with me. Who should be nominated?
